I grew up in Queensland, where the sun leaves its mark on your skin early. As a child, I made my own skincare blends. I also grew up with a love of learning, and for years I followed curiosity wherever it led. I became a spiritual life coach, which taught me about vibration and frequency. Studying Naturopathy taught me about herbs, flowers, essences and active ingredients. Formulation taught me the science of skin. Along the way, I fell in love with essential oils, crystals and other healing modalities.

I never set out to combine them, but as I hit premenopause age, my skin started to change. I was looking for something more nourishing to bring back the radiance and glow. I formulated my first batch, and after a month, I saw a friend who asked, “What are you putting on your skin? You are glowing” I told her I had just applied my skincare, and since i am never one to gatekeep, I gave her some to try. She loved it, and hence LightCodes Skin was created. 

I believe everything is energy. I also believe you shouldn't have to give up beautiful skin to honour that.
